Okay, today I had TWO creamy white foodstuffs that set my eyes a rolling back in my head.
#1 - Fage Greek Yogurt... I had tasted the full fat one once before, and it was quite good, but tried the 2% today, and actually the slightly less rich taste made it far more palatable and exquisite. I streamed in some honey and stirred... SO delicious!! So good for you, live cultures, lots of protein. I'm hooked.
#2 - Trader Joe's Panna Cotta with Peach and Blueberry Compote... If you have a Trader Joe's near you, RUN don't walk, and go buy some of this stuff. It's in the frozen section, and it's only $2.79 for a package of TWO!! Creamy bliss with the most flavorful and bright blueberries and peaches to top. It's a STEAL at even twice this price.
