The final countdown. (As an aside, "The Final Countdown" by Europe is one of the great sports stadium songs to this day. Gosh I love that song. Gets me on my feet every time. And if you're an Arrested Development fan, you know that G.O.B. feels the same way.)
Yes, it's finally here... the single digit week countdown to delivery. As of today, 9 weeks and 3 days. Unreal. It actually works well, cause I'm starting to get REALLY tired and uncomfortable - so another 9 weeks of this sounds just about right.
In recent news, my mom and I went to the city (New York City) last weekend - we went to Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center to see two pieces performed by the NY Philharmonic. The first was an octet by Schubert, the second was Copland's Third Symphony. Both highly enjoyable, and we had a fantastic lunch closeby as well. It was a fun (albeit tiring) day, and I'm so glad we were able to do it.
I'll try to post an updated tummy photo, although I really don't feel like I've gotten much bigger in the last several weeks. I'll let you all be the judge.
That's it for now, I'm off to try and think up a new poll for this week.
