Is it soup yet?

Well, not yet. I mean, it could be done at this point, but I want to take it to a higher plane. At this point, it's kind of like italian chicken vegetable soup. With some noodles. But I think I might just make it into a pseudo-stracciatella. Stir in some beaten egg/cheese, and possibly even a little spinach at the end. It'll have so much good stuff in it - I just might call it "Pot of Gold" soup.

Don't say I didn't warn you that I LOVE soup!!
