So let's see, what's new...
It would appear that Elliot has finally progressed to being nearly potty trained. This has been a LONG time in coming. (Obviously, since he's nearly 4 1/2) But in the end, what I've read from all the experts is true - the bottom line is, when they're ready, they'll do it. And not a day sooner. We're about 90% of the way there now, and thank goodness for it.
Our other new development is that Liam just started doing something that I'm pretty sure the other two didn't do this early. Liam might not be walking, cruising, saying first words, or anything like that... but he has started making "play" noises when he plays with his toys, I think in imitation of his brothers. Riley and Elliot ALWAYS have some kind of vehicle that they're pushing around, making all sorts of rumbling and vrooming and speeding noises for. And just yesterday, Liam started pushing around his little Fisher Price dumptruck and making an undeniable little growling/humming noise in his throat. He does it all day long when he plays with the truck. It's really cute!! I guess he's yet another little fella in this house who just loves anything on wheels.
